The Child Abuse Laws

The Child Abuse Laws in all 52 States of the United States of America are out of control! These draconian (cruel and severe) laws are designed to sever the bonds between a mother and a child! And, in so doing they also sever the bonds between fathers and their children. So, the whole family suffers abuse by these draconian laws in today’s society. Today, we call this system the "child abuse industry" because that is what it has become in the last 30 + years. This is a rather new court system that was put in place in the 1950's-1960's. Before those years there was never a Juvenile Dependency Court because if there had been I’m almost sure president Bush’s father would have been found guilty of hitting and spanking his son our now president and, he would have had his son taken away too! And, as for that matter, all the men that have abused their wives, son’s, and daughter’s, would have had their children taken away. But, back in the 50's-60's it was hush, hush. Nobody dare talk about abuse within their family. It just wasn’t done. There was too much shame and those families didn’t want the public to know about their private lives. So, back then all the violence and child abuse upon family members was hush, hush. Nobody talked about it. And, they certainly didn’t have CPS child abuse laws to intervene.

But, today is different. Now with the child abuse law’s and the child abuse hotline’s in all 52 States, people can hotline and call in "suspected child abuse." It doesn’t matter if your guilty or not guilty. There is no jury trial for parent’s in order for them to keep custody of their children! Parent’s don’t have the same constitutional rights as a "criminal." As a matter of fact, criminals have MORE rights under the law than parent’s do! You are guilty and NEVER proven innocent! It doesn’t matter if your right or wrong, your still guilty! And, the funny thing is, juvenile dependency court is NOT a criminal court. Parents have no right’s because these draconian laws are "in the best interest of the child!" Is that why some children that are placed in the foster care system are killed, lost, stolen, raped, sodomized, and molested? That’s what happens. You better believe it. Once these CPS social workers take and remove your child and or children from your custody and control, they are placed in these sick foster care homes where NOT ALL family members are checked out and fingerprinted like they are suppose to be. It’s an imperfect world. And, you have a lot of imperfect people out there that want to be foster care parent’s just for the money. What’s that old scripture in the bible. The root of ALL evil is money. Not all foster families are in the game for the "care of the child." They want and need that MONEY! And, with our economy now in a full blown out recession, look out! These court personnel and CPS social workers DO NOT have the money or resources to check out each individual family member. Do you know what this means? It means even the safest of families that are foster families, can get lost in the system and hurt your child and or children. The funny thing is, they get away with it! The "foster family" is even PROTECTED by these draconian laws and they can molest, sodomize, kill, and rape your children. Why? Because we live in an imperfect society and world.

Juvenile criminal court has been around as long as the family court system but the juvenile dependency court is a new court "system." We call this new court system "The Child Abuse Industry" because the "CPS" social worker’s can remove your child and or children from the parent’s custody. Also, after the children are placed in the foster care or adoption system they almost always run away when they get older and as time goes by. All of my children ran away from the places and homes they were placed in! And, yours will do the same thing. You can bet your last dollar on that! The children are very much aware of this system now, unless they are 0-7 years old. When the children turn 12-13 their eyes start opening up to the way this system is and they can and will run away if they don’t like the homes, etc., where they are placed. I think that is their right and I advocate that because, I wouldn’t stay in a place that was abusing me either! Especially if my parent’s never did that to me either, why would I let anyone else abuse me? Even a CPS social worker! I’ve got to tell you what my ex-lawyer told me in San Jose, CA., when she was working on one of my appeals for my juvenile dependency court case. Be on the lookout for it on this website.

Because this new court system has been around for only 30-40 years now, there are many areas of the law that are still disputed like the "spanking of a child." Many years ago when I read the W & I Code Section 300, it was different. The wording was different. Over the past 20 years I have witnessed the amending of the Welfare & Institutions Code Section 300, in California and every year the State Legislature’s State Assemblymen and Assemblywomen and the Federal Congressmen and Congresswomen write up and submit new words as amended to put into the Welfare & Institutions Code Section 300 or, the child abuse and neglect laws, in all 52 States of the USA. These child abuse laws are under construction and change every year. And, what is amazing is that these lawmaker’s add and delete the wording to the child abuse law’s, to make them fit their legal desire’s and usefulness and to "aid and abet" in the taking away and removing of our beautiful children out of our control and custody and, into the State’s custody for rearing and bringing up our children in this corrupt "system."

Our children here in America are stolen and legally kidnaped by and through this "child welfare system" called the CPS Child Welfare System and we call it the "Child Abuse Industry." Our children are abruptly taken in the night, in the day, from their school’s, from the hospital’s, from their grandparent’s, from their natural parent’s that truly love and care about them and, placed in "foster care" homes, group homes, mental institutions, jails, etc., where they are raped, sodomized, cut up, beat up, molested, and plain forgotten about. Funny thing, I NEVER did that to any of my six children. Not ever. I am not a beast like this "foster care system" is. And, these laws DON’T PROTECT our children either. Only loving and caring parent’s protect and love their children.

The California State Legislature has taken steps to amend this particular law because there were too many parent’s and children screaming out and protesting these unjust laws in the last 25 years now. This law used to be very vague but, "they" have made dam sure that those "vague" words mean something now by re-wording and adding to this W & I Code Section 300. But, I have good news! Today, under Assembly Bill 1355, parent’s and children can SUE CPS social workers for acts of perjury, fabrication of evidence, failure to disclose known exculpatory evidence, obtaining testimony by duress, as defined in Section 1569 of the Civil Code, fraud, as defined in either Section 1572 or Section 1573 of the Civil Code, or undue influence, as defined in Section 1575 of the Civil Code, if these acts are committed with malice.

Today in the 21st Century, anyone that has or gives birth to a child, can and will have that child removed from the custody of that parent’s home. You can bet your last dollar on that! This system helps to destroy families and children’s lives, and make no mistake they want YOUR child!
